A study conducted over two years has confirmed by results that the way to weight loss is reducing calories. In the study severel overwight people were given different types of food to eat but the same calorie amount and they all lost weight the same.
This is positive news for the 'i've tried every diet' crowd and makes sense for weight loss but you do also have to eat healthy to be healthy. It is true you could eat the same amount of calories of chocolate and healthy meals but the best option is balanced healthy meals. So are they saying anything different from what we already now?
